The Company mainly focuses on the residential construction, capital development being the priority guideline of its business activities.

The fast-growing multi-business enterprise employs over 100 people today. The Company's vigorous development is facilitated by the economically favorable location - as 30% of Ukraine's metallurgical and chemical manufacture is concentrated in Pridneprovsky Basin.

Application of cutting-edge architecture-and-construction technologies as well as involving the award-winning specialists in line with MiComp's consistent strategy resulted in creation of the new modern buildings and structures changing the skyline of the city. The Montana Residential Complex, The Fashion Cafe, The Center Shopping and Hotel Complex have become real landmarks of Dneprodzerzhinsk, with Europa Hypermarket being the Company's signature development completed within a record-breaking term of 12 months.

Another milestone: on October 1, 2007, the MiComp Swimming Pool Sports Complex was re-opened after renovation.

Redefining the community lifestyle, over a few past years our company has constructed and renovated 22 residential and public buildings. The rapidly evolving Company has started its expansion to Dnepropetrovsk announcing the construction of a new hotel complex in Chelyuskin Street to begin in a few months.

MiComp is ever evolving, having a confidence in its future. The holding comprises a successful TV and Radio Broadcasting Company having gained a high reputation in the region over a short period of time. A pioneer of innovative, powerful and rapid construction, today, the Company is laying the cornerstone of a new tradition in community building, setting at the same time a splendid example of a new attitude towards the hometown - a creative and pro-actively patriotic approach.

Future Plans

In 2000, the engineer-and-construction division of MiComp started revision of an existing unfinished construction project. It was not long before the construction teams put their hands to completion and reconstruction of the building in summer 2002. Then, the MiComPlast Division in their turn joined the process by glazing all the facades with the top quality windows manufactured localy from the top-quality metal profiles by a German company, KBE. As of today, the Center is the supreme multifunctional building in Dneprodzerzhinsk equipped with the best digital telecommunication network in town. The Center features a 17-room boutique hotel and a fitness club, as well as a pharmacy, shops and a cafes. Among the rent-holders are a branch of TAS Bank, Litera, Beeline and other leading brands.

One of the most impressive and ambitious properties of MiComp is now open for you. The grand opening took place on November 4, 2003.

Within only 12 months - which is a record-breaking short time - after the launch of the Center mall, a new four-level building was constructed next to it - the Europa Hypermarket.

With the cutting-edge technologies and materials used in its construction, Europa is a premier destination for shopping, business and entertainment. The complex is featuring premises for rent, cafes and numerous retail outlets including Billa, VD One, Intertop, Bukva, Foxtrot, Colin's and other top brands.

The Company's activities are, however, not restricted to construction only. The holding also initiated reconstruction of the old buildings in town. In line with this project, in November, 2004, the «Shevchenko» Movie Theater was given a second birth turning from a cinema to an entertainment complex with a stylish cafe and "Freedom" night club.

Next thing on the agenda was the swimming pool, which had been out of service for a long period of time. The Company purchased the property thus bringing to the city a new European-standard architectural construction while preserving the infrastructure, offering at the same time a generous philanthropic donation. The major renovation of the «Olympia Hotel Complex» has been completed recently in Dneprodzerzhinsk, targeted at transforming an ugly Soviet-style building into a modern luxurious hotel without halting its operation.

The Company has started expanding its activities to Dnepropetrovsk too, announcing the construction of a new high-end business-center, «ASTANA», to begin in a few months on Chelyuskin Street.
